Yuzhou Properties was founded in 1994, with its headquarters in Xiamen. In November 2009, Yuzhou Properties was successfully listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 01628.HK). In 1994, Yuzhou was founded and began to focus on real estate development and management, adhering to the business philosophy of "Building cities with sincerity, creating homes with love," continuously creating high-quality living, working, and leisure spaces for urban residents in China. In 2004, after a decade of accumulation, Yuzhou, already a prominent real estate enterprise in Xiamen, rapidly launched its nationwide expansion strategy, successfully entering the Fuzhou and Shanghai markets. In 2006, it smoothly expanded into the Hefei market with a city-building momentum. After its listing in 2009, Yuzhou continued to deepen its presence in the West Coast region centered on the two core cities of Xiamen and Fuzhou, sequentially entering Quanzhou, Longyan, and Zhangzhou markets. In 2010, it successfully expanded into the Bohai Rim region, establishing a project company in Beijing and entering the Tianjin market. In 2013, it entered the Bengbu market, expanding its land reserves in the Yangtze River Delta region.

To date, Yuzhou has essentially completed its nationwide layout across three major regions: the West Coast region centered on Xiamen and Fuzhou, the Yangtze River Delta region centered on Shanghai and Hefei, and the Bohai Rim region centered on Tianjin and Beijing. Guided by its strategic positioning of "Rooted in the West Coast, Building a Legacy in China," it is deepening its urban layout across these three regions with the tactic of "Using core cities to drive regions, and covering the whole country through regional expansion."

Currently, Yuzhou owns over 40 real estate projects at various stages of development nationwide, with a total construction area under construction or held for future development exceeding 9 million square meters.
