Chongqing Branch of Zhonghuan Certified Public Accountants, Chongqing Hengshenda Engineering Cost Consulting Co., Ltd., Chongqing Hengshenda Asset Appraisal Land and Real Estate Appraisal Co., Ltd., and Chongqing Hengshenda Tax Accountants Firm Co., Ltd. jointly form a comprehensive intermediary institution integrating auditing, appraisal, engineering cost, bidding agency, and tax consulting, with branches established in Chengdu, Tibet, Wushan, Guizhou, and Wanzhou. Among them, the Chongqing Branch of Zhonghuan Certified Public Accountants, formerly known as Chongqing Hengshenda Certified Public Accountants, was established in June 1987 and was affiliated with the national auditing authority. In 2010, it joined Zhonghuan Asia-Pacific Certified Public Accountants by way of absorption and merger, establishing the Chongqing Branch. At the end of 2015, Zhonghuan Certified Public Accountants was established by way of split and merger.
Our institution has securities and futures-related business audit qualifications, Grade A engineering cost qualifications, Grade B asset appraisal qualifications, Level 2 real estate price appraisal qualifications, and Grade A land appraisal qualifications. It ranks among the top ten in the comprehensive evaluation of the Chongqing certified public accountant industry, is a nationally selected member unit of the Engineering Cost Management Association, has been an advanced member unit in Chongqing for many consecutive years, and is a top 100 enterprise nationwide by operating revenue.
Our company has been shortlisted by the Chengdu Special Commissioner's Office and Chongqing Special Commissioner's Office of the National Audit Office, the Chongqing Audit Bureau, the Chongqing Finance Bureau, and major state-owned investment group companies in Chongqing. We have long been engaged in and cooperated with financial review and state organ audit work, are familiar with the procedures and methods of state organ auditing, and have audit management experience in large-scale engineering projects.
Our institution currently has 323 employees, including 138 audit practitioners, 116 cost practitioners, 31 appraisal practitioners, 25 employees in the Chengdu Branch, and 13 employees in the Tibet Branch. It has 28 cost engineers, 55 cost clerks, 55 certified public accountants (including 1 with Australian certified public accountant qualification), 25 asset (real estate, land) appraisers, 8 tax consultants, as well as 12 senior engineers, 8 senior accountants, and 1 professional lawyer. Among the practitioners, 1 has a doctoral degree, 18 have a master's degree or above (including 7 with overseas master's degrees), and those with a bachelor's degree or above account for 80%. The average age is 32, and the main project leaders all have more than 5 years of relevant work experience. It is a service team with relatively high professional technical ability and practice standards.
