旭化成聚甲醛（张家港）有限公司前身为杜邦-旭化成聚甲醛（张家港）有限公司，成立于2002年8月8日，位于江苏省张家港扬子江国际化学工业园内，为杜邦中国集团有限公司和日本旭化成株式会社各投资50%共同创办的。2013年6月，旭化成（中国）投资有限公司全额购买了杜邦中国集团有限公司持有的50%股权，公司成为由旭化成100%控股的外商独资企业。
