Anhui Tianxing Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. (formerly Hefei Pharmaceutical Company) was established in 1955. In 2002, the company underwent restructuring and reorganization, and is now jointly held by two major shareholders: Hefei Industrial Investment Holding (Group) Co., Ltd. and Nanjing Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 983 million yuan and over 1,600 employees, with total assets exceeding 9 billion yuan.
The company adheres to the concept of open cooperation, having established stable strategic partnerships with more than 2,000 manufacturers across over 30 provinces and municipalities nationwide, and operates more than 10,000 product specifications. Customer-centric, it has built a diversified business model: deepening pharmaceutical services to provide medical products and value-added services to medical institutions, retail terminals, and commercial companies; actively developing specialty pharmacies, medical devices, medical aesthetics products, special medical foods, third-party logistics, and 'Internet + medicine' businesses. Innovating service models, it is building a smart pharmaceutical distribution enterprise, jointly establishing a resource-sharing platform for upstream and downstream customers, and continuously promoting the prosperity and development of the regional pharmaceutical and health industry.
The company owns a modern logistics park covering nearly 100 mu, equipped with professional warehousing and logistics facilities and equipment, logistics ERP, WDMS, and TMS operating systems, and is a pilot enterprise for * cold chain logistics operation standards. In 2024, according to the authoritative ranking released by the Anhui Enterprise Confederation, Tianxing Pharmaceutical ranked 61st among the Top 100 Enterprises in Anhui Province and 18th among the Top 100 Service Enterprises in Anhui Province, thanks to its high-quality products and services and good reputation. Meanwhile, it also demonstrated strong competitiveness nationwide, ranking 350th among China's Top 500 Service Enterprises. On December 9, 2024, the company was awarded the '2024 Anhui Industry * Enterprise' award jointly issued by the Anhui Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology, the Anhui Provincial Department of Commerce, the Anhui Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and Anhui Radio and Television Station.
