Wuhan Hongjian Infrastructure Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") was established in January 2003. It is a construction project management company established by the Wuhan Urban Construction Committee in accordance with the Ministry of Construction's requirements for implementing the project legal person responsibility system, with a registered capital of 30 million yuan. In March 2014, the Municipal Construction Committee meeting decided that the Company would be managed by Wuhan Municipal Engineering Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd. on its behalf. In March 2016, the industrial and commercial change procedures were completed, and it officially became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wuhan Municipal Engineering Design & Research Institute.
The Company currently has a professional project management team, with more than 60 technical backbones, of whom engineering registered personnel account for 30%, senior engineers 30%, and intermediate engineers 40%. The Company's main business is to provide project management and consulting services for various types and levels of engineering construction, and to undertake general contracting of municipal public engineering construction and specialized engineering construction of environmental protection projects.
Since its establishment, the Company has successively undertaken more than 300 agency construction management tasks for the province, city, and various districts, including more than 40 projects related to the 7th CISM Military World Games, with a total project investment of over 10 billion yuan. The construction content includes municipal roads, drainage and pipe network construction, greening construction, housing construction and facade renovation, landscape lighting, urban environmental protection and waste treatment plant construction, etc., all of which have achieved high economic and social benefits and have been unanimously praised by all sectors of society. Many projects constructed by the Company on behalf of others have won the national "Municipal Golden Cup Demonstration Project" award, the provincial and municipal Chutian Cup Gold and Silver Awards, and the Wuhan Civilized Construction Award. Among them, in 2018, the agency construction projects "2017 Municipal Urban Road Pavement Maintenance Project (Sub-items: Hanyang, Wuchang Areas) Baishazhou Avenue Maintenance and Renovation Project", "Kuaizi Lake Pumping Station and River Outfall Pipeline Project", and "Jiefang Road (People's Hospital - Xunsi River) Main Drainage Channel Project" were successively rated as Wuhan Construction Project Safety and Civilized Construction Demonstration Projects and won the Wuhan Municipal Engineering Gold Award. In 2008, our Company accepted the entrustment of the Hubei Provincial Government and Wuhan Municipal Education Bureau to participate in the Wenchuan earthquake relief and reconstruction projects. The 600,000-square-meter residential project and Hanyuan No. 2 Middle School construction project built on behalf of others won the "Tianfu Cup" Quality Engineering Award for Construction Projects in Sichuan Province. The Company was rated as an advanced construction unit for municipal key engineering construction, a meritorious unit for supporting Sichuan Province's earthquake relief, an advanced unit for earthquake relief in Hubei Province, and won the Wuhan May 1st Labor Medal and other honors.
