Within the group, Aier Eye Hospital (SZ:300015) is one of China's earlier IPO-listed medical institutions and is currently a super-large-scale ophthalmic medical institution in China.
The company was established in May 2016 with a registered capital of 118 million yuan and is headquartered in Changsha City, Hunan Province. It is a large rehabilitation chain hospital platform integrating rehabilitation medicine, scientific research and academia, prevention and healthcare, and other businesses. The company has extensive rehabilitation medical management experience, an efficient professional team, favorable rehabilitation medical resources, a distinctive operating model, and strong capital strength.
At present, there are 9 psychiatric rehabilitation hospitals in Hunan Province. In 2018, through self-construction and investment mergers and acquisitions for controlling stakes, it acquired more than 30 rehabilitation hospitals, and through self-construction completed the preparation and construction of 1 tertiary rehabilitation hospital in Changsha City and multiple secondary rehabilitation hospitals in prefecture-level cities within the province. In 2020, the group plans to control 100 rehabilitation hospitals, ultimately achieving a nationwide IPO-listed chain development plan.
