After the Guangzhou Incubation Park, with an investment of 50 million RMB, was completed and put into production on August 15, 2007, the Shandong Incubation Park, with an investment of about 120 million RMB, broke ground on September 15, 2008. Covering an area of more than 50 mu, the Shandong Incubation Park is a large-scale production and scientific research base integrating scientific research, development, production, and marketing of bio-health products, beauty cosmetics, and disinfection products. The incubation park has fully passed the national GMP standard certification. In December 2014, the group started the construction of the Conghua High-tech Development Zone production base and planned to deliver it for operation in July 2016.

In 2010, Fuda Biological Group formed a strong alliance with Peking University to establish the China Fuda Bioengineering Research Institute / Peking University Aging Problem Research Center Joint Incubation Park (Laboratory). Utilizing Peking University's top scientific research expert team and capabilities for the extraction of Chinese herbal medicine and academic research on natural plants, it will vigorously promote the development, application, and production of the group's functional cosmetics, health products, and disinfection product raw materials, while injecting vitality into accelerating the transformation of scientific research achievements into productivity and contributing to national economic construction and development. Fuda Biological Group will, with Sino-foreign joint investment, create the Fuda Healthy Tourism Ecological Earth Village project. The project feasibility meeting was held at Peking University on June 30, 2012, and the project passed national and expert verification. The total investment of the project is about 1.3 billion RMB, and it will be located in Jiaxiang, Shandong, the hometown of Zengzi. The Fuda Healthy Tourism Ecological Earth Village is divided into three sections: 1. Human Gene Museum (joint venture); 2. Weixiagu Health and Wellness International Residence (Japanese investment); 3. Traditional Chinese Medicine Museum (joint venture). The Earth Village will be equipped with international hotels, medical centers, and other service facilities. After the success of the project, China will create new miracles, with the world's first Human Gene Museum, China's first Health and Wellness International Residence (built for overseas Chinese, Japanese, and high-end elderly in China), and Shandong's first Traditional Chinese Medicine Museum and other supporting service facilities.
