PICC Property and Casualty Company Limited (PICC P&C, hereinafter referred to as "PICC P&C") was approved by the State Council and the China Insurance Regulatory Commission, and was initiated and established in July 2003 by PICC Group. It is currently the largest non-life insurance company in mainland China, with a registered capital of 12.25598 billion yuan. Its predecessor was the People's Insurance Company of China, established on October 20, 1949, upon approval by the Financial and Economic Affairs Committee of the Government Administration Council through the People's Bank of China.

PICC P&C is the flagship core business of PICC Group, a Fortune Global 500 company, ranking 121st. On November 6, 2003, the company was successfully listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, becoming the first overseas listing of a large state-owned financial enterprise in mainland China. With its comprehensive strength, the company has successively become the insurance partner of the 2008 Beijing Olympics and the 2010 Shanghai World Expo, providing comprehensive insurance protection services for both events.

As the provincial-level institution of PICC P&C in Jiangxi, the Jiangxi Provincial Branch governs 12 prefecture-level branches.

I. Recruitment Positions and Related Requirements
(1) The recruitment positions are divided into two major categories: claims line and non-claims line. There are corresponding recruitment positions at the provincial branch headquarters and in Nanchang, Jingdezhen, Pingxiang, Jiujiang, Xinyu, Yingtan, Ganzhou, Yichun, Shangrao, Ji'an, Fuzhou, and Ganjiang New Area. (2) Identify with PICC's corporate culture, have upright moral character, and abide by laws and regulations.
(3) Age not exceeding 28 years old (as of December 31, 2019).
(4) Should have a full-time bachelor's degree or above; for some county-level claims survey and loss assessment positions and sales positions, the requirement may be appropriately relaxed to a full-time college degree; non-arts and sports majors.
(5) Those with household registration at the location of the applying city branch or county sub-branch are preferred.

II. Registration Time
The registration period is valid until 12:00 on March 31, 2020.

Applicants for the provincial branch headquarters should download the "Application Registration Form" and the CHSI academic certificate electronic registration record (for fresh graduates, the CHSI online enrollment verification report) and send them to the provincial headquarters registration email; applicants for city branches should download the "Application Registration Form" and the CHSI academic certificate electronic registration record (for fresh graduates, the CHSI online enrollment verification report) and send them to the city branch registration email.
