Zhongou Construction Group

Chongqing Zhongou Construction Co., Ltd. is a construction enterprise with Grade I general contracting for building construction, with an annual construction area of more than 1 million square meters. Its predecessor was Chongqing Jixu Construction Co., Ltd., and the company completed its name change in June 2014.
Jixu Construction Co. was established in 2001. After more than 10 years of development, the company has successively undertaken projects such as the Huilongwan Project, Xinoupeng E-commerce Building, University City Project, Xinoupeng K City Project, Tongliang Bachuan Middle School Project, Tongliang * Shuxiang Project, and Tongliang Lanting Bieyuan Project. It has undertaken civil engineering and decoration works for high-rise residences, garden houses, and villa buildings, as well as public building types such as school buildings, canteens, and dormitories, along with basic supporting facility projects such as roads and pipe networks. Currently, the main projects under construction include: Xinoupeng · No. 1 Mansion, Xinoupeng · Phoenix International New City, Xinoupeng · Central Park, Xinoupeng · Yufu Project, and the Command Headquarters of Rongzhi College of Chongqing Technology and Business University.
Among them, the Huilongwan Project undertaken by the company won the National Comfortable Housing Demonstration Project, and Xinoupeng K City and Lanting Bieyuan successively won the Zhan Tianyou Award. All projects passed acceptance inspection on the first attempt. The company has been rated as an advanced enterprise by the Chongqing Construction Association, and as an enterprise abiding by contracts and trustworthy by the Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce. It has successively obtained multiple excellent projects and civilized construction sites, establishing a good corporate image and social reputation.
