The company's business involves comprehensive commercial complexes such as shopping malls and street commerce represented by Zhongjun World City FUNWORLD, office buildings, hotels, cultural, sports, and tourism properties. Zhongjun World City's development strategy is based on Zhongjun Group's future transformation strategy and the domestic market driven by consumption upgrading, strategically expanding into new retail commercial complexes - Zhongjun World City. Relying on the strategic layout direction of 'national chain, regional deep cultivation, core radiation, and key layout,' Zhongjun World City is targeting the Yangtze River Delta Economic Circle, the Bohai Rim Economic Circle, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, core central and western cities, and the West Coast Economic Zone as key development goals, forming a '4+1' regional strategic layout and unfolding a national chain development map.
