Shanghai Bohua International Exhibition Co., Ltd. is a Sino-foreign cooperative exhibition company established in Shanghai in 1998 by Informa PLC and Shanghai Huazhan International Exhibition Co., Ltd. It is one of the earliest foreign-funded enterprises in the exhibition industry in China. The company operates with an integrated online and offline model, holding over 70 exhibitions annually, covering a total rented area of 1.8 million square meters, creating multiple trade opportunities for more than 1.2 million buyers worldwide. Since 2006, the company has been developing its online business and has created an online platform consisting of 32 bilingual B2B websites (Chinese and English), 7 Bohua Preferred Cloud Exhibition e-commerce mini-programs, and various APP products. The headquarters is located in Shanghai, with subordinate institutions including: 2 wholly-owned subsidiaries – Shanghai Bohong E-commerce Co., Ltd. and Huahan International Conference and Exhibition (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., 2 branches in Beijing and Guangzhou, and 2 joint venture companies – Zhongshan Guzhen Lamp Capital Expo Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou Bohong International Exhibition Co., Ltd.
