China Petroleum Seventh Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") was established in 1974 and is affiliated with CNPC Group. The company holds the national first-class qualification for general contracting of petroleum and chemical engineering construction, A1, A2, A3 pressure vessel design and manufacturing licenses, ASME "U", "S", "U2" design and manufacturing licenses, TOFD testing certificate, and more than 70 other qualifications. Its main business scope includes refining and chemical engineering construction, oilfield surface engineering construction, large storage tank engineering construction, procurement of engineering materials and equipment, design and manufacturing of large, medium, and heavy non-standard equipment for petroleum and petrochemical industries, and design and manufacturing of skid-mounted equipment. It has undertaken more than 900 various projects.
