Lianchu Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Lianchu Securities") was established in 2001. It is a comprehensive securities company with full licenses, driven by the mission of "creating value", with a registered capital of 2.5731 billion yuan and net assets of approximately 5.7 billion yuan. Upholding the concept of diversified development, the company focuses on providing professional, efficient, and convenient one-stop investment and financing services for high-net-worth individuals, high-quality enterprises, financial institutions, government clients, and institutional investors in China.
Currently, the company has established three headquarters in Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen respectively. Nationwide, it has set up 60 securities business departments, 19 branches, 1 alternative investment subsidiary (Qingdao Lianchu Innovation Investment Co., Ltd.), and 1 private equity fund subsidiary (Lianchu Runda Equity Investment Management Co., Ltd.), covering 26 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions, achieving a nationwide layout.
The company possesses full-license securities business qualifications including securities brokerage, securities asset management, securities investment consulting, securities underwriting and sponsorship, proprietary securities trading, margin financing and securities lending, stock pledge-style repurchase, financial advisory, financial product distribution, fund distribution, and direct equity investment.
The predecessor of Lianchu Securities was Zhongcheng Securities. On July 5, 2001, approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) under the document Zhengjian Jigou Zi [2001] No. 103, it was jointly reorganized and established by five securities trading centers from Shandong, Henan, Hunan, Shenyang, and Xi'an. On October 31, 2017, with the approval of the Shenzhen Securities Regulatory Bureau, its registered capital was increased from 1.3731 billion yuan to 2.5731 billion yuan.

Securities Times.
In August 2017, in the APP selection for securities firms hosted by Securities Firm China (under Securities Times), Lianchu Securities' comprehensive wealth management APP platform "Chubao" won the "2017 APP with the Most Popularity Potential" award. In the same month, in the "2017 Yinghua Award for China's Best Securities Firm Asset Management" hosted by China Fund News, the company received the honor of "China Securities Firm Asset Management Growth Award".
In November 2017, in the "2017 Excellent Competitiveness Selection Activity" co-hosted by China Business Journal, the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and Zhongjing New Finance Research Institute, Lianchu Securities won the honorary title of "2017 Excellent Competitiveness Growth-Oriented Securities Company".
In January 2018, Lianchu Securities, as the promotion institution for the PPP project asset-backed special plan of Yizheng Technician College, was awarded the "Excellent Participant Institution for PPP Asset Securitization" by the Shanghai Stock Exchange for 2017.
In April 2018, at the "2018 China Region Excellent Bond & ABS Investment Banking" award ceremony hosted by Securities Times, Lianchu Securities won the "Junding Award - 2018 China Region Five-Star Asset Securitization Project" for the Yizheng Technician College PPP project asset-backed special plan.
In September 2018, the "2018 Financial Technology Summit for Securities Industry" held by "Securities Firm China" (under Securities Times) awarded the "2018 APP Excellent Case Award".
In October 2018, at the "21st Century Finance Golden Sail Award" ceremony hosted by 21st Century Business Herald, Lianchu Securities won the "2018 Intelligent Investment Advisory Golden Sail Award".
In January 2019, at the "Together with the New - 2018 Beijing News Financial Industry Award Ceremony" initiated by Beijing News, Lianchu Securities won the "2018 Outstanding Financial Technology Product Innovation Award" for its independently developed online financial platform Chubao APP.
In May 2019, at the "2019 China Region Securities Company Annual Conference" and the "China Region Investment Banking & Securities Broker Junding Award" ceremony hosted by Securities Times, Lianchu Securities won two honors: "China Region Emerging Securities Broker Junding Award" and "China Region Top 30 Securities Branch".
In May 2019, at the "2019 Financial Development Forum" co-hosted by China Business Journal and Guangzhou Municipal Local Financial Supervision and Administration Bureau, Lianchu Securities Co., Ltd. was rated as "Outstanding Investment Banking Securities Company in the New Era".

In September 2019, at the "2019 China Private Equity Summit" hosted by China Fund News, Lianchu Securities' "Yueyuefa Collective Asset Management Plan Series" won the "2019 Yinghua Award - Best Innovative Product for China's Securities Firm Asset Management".
In September 2019, at the "2019 Securities Industry Financial Technology Summit and Outstanding Securities Firm APP Selection Award Ceremony" hosted by Securities Times - Securities Firm China, the Chubao APP won two major awards: "Most Valuable Investment Advisory Award" and "Securities Firm APP Loved by Young Users".
