西安市雁塔区电子城社区卫生服务中心是由政府组建的非营利性社区卫生服务机构，2009年初由电子城街道卫生院转型为雁塔区电子城社区卫生服务中心，是西安市城镇居民医保、城镇职工医保和雁塔区新型农村合作医疗定点医疗机构。是全省示范社区卫生服务中心、西安交通大学*附属医院全科基层实践基地，中心积极与西安交通大学医学院协作，在全省率先启动、成立了西安市首家“西安市居民健康管理示范基地”。中心位于丈八东路25号，服务人口22万余人。
