Founded in 1993, Hanson & Born International Design Group is an architectural design enterprise with a team of 300 people. As one of the first private architectural design enterprises in Guangdong, we have witnessed and experienced the key 30 years of national innovation and development. Starting from Hong Kong, for 26 years we have focused on architectural, interior, and landscape design of various types and scales globally. To date, Hanson & Born has undertaken over two thousand projects, covering more than 60 towns and cities at home and abroad. Under the leadership of Mr. Sheng Yuhong, Chairman and Chief Architect of the Group, all staff of "Hanson & Born" adhere to the principle of "A Boundless Mind, Unbounded Architecture," striving to find the most rational "local" strategy for each project. This creative philosophy has enabled Hanson & Born to win project collaborations with international architectural design firms including ZAHA HADID ARCHITECTS and KENGO KUMA & ASSOCIATES.
As one of the few overseas international design firms in China qualified with Class A qualifications in both architectural industry (architectural engineering) and architectural design firm, Hanson & Born's advantage lies in its "1+3" design model, i.e., international-standard concept schemes + (strong domestic implementation capability, integrated design services combining interior and landscape design). This has won us long-term strategic partnerships with developers and clients such as Poly, Shangdong, Vanke, Fusheng, R&F, and Wanda.
