Wuhan Guojian Testing Technology Co., Ltd. is affiliated with Zhejiang Guojian Testing Technology Joint-stock Co., Ltd. It is a pilot demonstration unit for the integration of inspection and testing institutions in the national quality inspection system and a National High-tech Enterprise. The company has independent legal person status and specializes in non-destructive testing, physical and chemical testing, and technical consulting services for boilers, pressure vessels, pressure pipelines, large bridges, grid structures, building steel structures, ships, offshore platforms, amusement equipment, power facilities, automobiles, and foreign-related products. It is a state-controlled technology-based enterprise.
The company has obtained the CMA qualification certificate for metrological accreditation issued by the Hubei Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision; the Special Equipment Inspection and Testing Institution Approval Certificate (Non-destructive Testing Institution) issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China; the Special Equipment Non-destructive Testing Institution Level Assessment Certificate (Class A) issued by the China Special Equipment Inspection and Testing Association; the Construction Engineering Quality Testing Institution Qualification Certificate issued by the Hubei Provincial Department of Construction; the Radiation Safety License issued by the Hubei Provincial Environmental Protection Bureau; and the Quality, Health, Safety and Environment HSE Integrated Management System Certification Certificate issued by the Fangyuan Certification Group.
The company covers an area of 2,200 m2, with scientific testing technology and advanced testing methods. It possesses more than 300 sets of various advanced testing instruments and mechanical processing equipment: including 40 sets of X-ray machines, 50 sets of intelligent ultrasonic flaw detectors, 8 sets of ultrasonic intelligent thickness gauges, 50 sets of magnetic particle flaw detectors, 4 sets of TOFD testing equipment, 3 sets of phased array testing equipment, 2 sets of ultrasonic testing instruments for composite steel plate welds, and 3 sets of multi-channel ultrasonic imaging testing instruments for full-penetration U-rib welds; more than 70 sets of electro-hydraulic servo and electronic universal material testing machines, impact testing machines, bending testing machines, hardness testers, high-strength bolt and slip resistance coefficient testing devices, vacuum direct-reading optical emission spectrometers for chemical elements, ICP analyzers for chemical elements, carbon-sulfur analyzers, oxygen-nitrogen analyzers, microscopic metallographic microscopes, heat treatment experimental electric furnaces, high-frequency infrared carbon-sulfur analyzers, coating adhesion testers, etc.; more than 20 sets of various mechanical processing equipment, and a large dedicated radiographic exposure room.
The company has mature engineering management experience and a large number of outstanding professional and technical talents. It currently has more than 110 management and professional technical personnel, including 5 senior engineers and 30 engineers, with those holding professional titles or above accounting for 70% of the total; 4 with master's degrees and 35 with bachelor's degrees, with those with associate degree or above accounting for more than 85%; 15 personnel with senior non-destructive testing qualifications and 78 with intermediate qualifications, with those holding intermediate or senior certificates accounting for 85%.
