OCT (Nanchang) Industrial Development Co., Ltd., hereinafter referred to as Nanchang OCT, is located at the West Bank of Xianghu Lake, Chaoyang New City, Xihu District, Nanchang City, the capital of Jiangxi Province, China. It was established on January 6, 2017 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Kong OCT, a sub-group under OCT Group, in Nanchang. Leveraging OCT's advantages in "cultural tourism development" and "urban operation," the Nanchang OCT project is being built into a large comprehensive tourism resort with an international perspective, featuring waterfront characteristics, dual functions of an "ecological garden" and "urban living room," and integrating "cultural tourism, cultural celebrations, cultural performances, cultural technology, cultural arts, and cultural themed hotels." After opening, the project is expected to receive no fewer than 5 million visitors annually, create no fewer than 2,000 direct employment opportunities, and strive to become a national ecological tourism demonstration zone and an international comprehensive tourism demonstration zone.
