Zhejiang Renwen Landscape Architecture Co., Ltd., founded in 1994, is a technology-oriented comprehensive landscape enterprise and a nationally certified high-tech enterprise. Currently, the company owns eight subsidiaries, including Hangzhou Renwen Landscape Design Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Tianjing Aquatic Plant Garden Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Renwen Culture and Art Co., Ltd., Huajing (Beijing) Tourism Development Co., Ltd., and Hangzhou Huadian Ecological Aesthetics Design Co., Ltd. It operates eight business segments: technology research and development, planning and design, engineering construction, ecological restoration, landscape maintenance, flower and tree production and sales, cultural creativity, and landscape tourism. In the 2016 national top 50 urban landscape greening enterprises evaluation, Renwen Landscape ranked first in annual growth rate, third in net profit, and thirteenth in operating revenue nationwide, earning multiple honors such as China's AAA-level landscape greening enterprise and quality construction unit.
Technology R&D: The company owns the country's leading aquatic plant garden and multiple specialized gardens. Relying on its research institute, it conducts breeding of new landscape plant varieties, aquatic plant propagation and production, ecological engineering technology development, and participates in industry standard formulation. The aquatic plant garden is among the first members of the Chinese Plant Garden Alliance and a member of Botanic Gardens Conservation International (BGCI). The company has obtained over 50 patents, 57 new varieties, and formulated 9 industry and local standards. It initiated the establishment of the first national academic group for aquatic plants, the Hangzhou Aquatic Plant Society.
