Rehabilitation Home Health Industry Group was established in 2004 with a registered capital of 80 million RMB. Its health business segments include: online pharmaceutical e-commerce led by Dekai Pharmaceutical, and offline medical device and pharmaceutical chain stores; nationwide medical device chain stores led by Rehabilitation Home; medical rehabilitation services led by Shien Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital; medical device and fitness equipment rental, home aging-friendly renovation, and consulting services for pension institutions led by Jianzubao; and medical device agency and wholesale business led by He Ruikang. Committed to building a post-hospital service platform for people with health needs in China, covering medical rehabilitation, chronic disease management, pharmaceutical services, assistive device services, and home aging-friendly renovation.
Since 2009, Rehabilitation Home has attracted capital market attention, successively securing investments from institutions such as Mingli, Everbright Holdings, Hanergy, and Sunshine Insurance.
In 2014, the chain stores implemented the "Thousand Cities, Thousand Stores" plan focusing on direct operation and cooperation. Currently, it operates 80 direct chain stores and 120 franchise stores in over 30 cities across the country, with 2 million members, and has the most professional service team in the field of household medical devices in China. In 2016, it opened internal cooperation, developing business partner models such as employee contracting, franchising, and medical device and pharmaceutical chain cooperation. Externally, it collaborated with companies such as JD Daojia, Ping An Medical Insurance co-branded card, Disabled Persons' Federation co-branded card, and Qingsong Nursing. Through its three core strengths of channel brand, information system integration, and proprietary products, it builds a platform for resource synergy and open cooperation in the health sector.
In August 2016, the chain store business was formally spun off from the group, establishing Rehabilitation Home Medical Products Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of 40 million RMB. It successively merged hospital projects, functional product development projects, and pharmacy cooperation divisions to create integrated health solutions with special venues, special products, and special services, creating value for rehabilitation customers.
