天津市红桥区松鹤养老院成立于2002年，是天津市民政局批准成立的一家为老年人就近提供集中式照管护理的“医、养、护”结合的托养机构。
松鹤养老院为二级甲等养老院，从建院以来得到了政府以及社会各界的一致好评。
本院建筑面积680平方米，设有30个房间、70多个床位，并设有标准化厨房、多功能活动中心等休闲娱乐空间。
2004-2005年度民政系统“文明窗口”单位，河北工业大学理学院大学生青年志愿者服务基地。
松鹤养老院的服务理念是：以人为本、服务老人、孝行天下、回报社会。
