北京天恒热力有限公司承担着西城区裕中西里、裕中东里地区和朝阳区北辰高科技园区70多万平方米的供热工作。主要负责西城区裕中西里锅炉房供暖运行、维修及管理工作，2011年实施煤改气工程锅炉房现安装有四台燃气锅炉，辖区有15个换热站，其中2个自有产权换热站。自公司成立以来年年被市、区管委评为先进锅炉房，2012年被北京市质量技术监督局授予《安全与节能减排标杆管理锅炉房》称号。2015年公司通过了北京市 “二级企业安全生产标准化达标”的评审。
