China Grain & Oil Supply and Marketing Co., Ltd., established in 1993, is a wholly-owned subsidiary under the Supply and Marketing Group, specializing in grain purchasing, storage, and grain and oil trading. Its business covers corn, rice, wheat, soybeans, meal and other raw grains and feed ingredients. The company operates 23 wholly-owned and holding companies in major agricultural production areas and trade distribution hubs, along with 5 sales regions covering the whole country. With total assets of approximately 12 billion RMB and 1,500 employees, the company obtained the national grain purchasing and storage qualification in 2015 and was officially incorporated into the national policy-based grain storage system. Currently, it has established multiple grain purchasing and storage bases in Jilin, Heilongjiang, Hebei, etc., and a modern agricultural industrial park in Hubei involving storage, feed raw material processing, and distribution. The company manages a total of 96 grain depots undertaking national storage tasks, having cumulatively managed over 10 million tons of national reserve grain.
