BAIC Group owns four major automobile manufacturing plants (Beijing Hyundai Motor, BAIC Foton Motor, Beijing Benz, and BAIC Motor Corporation Ltd.). Hainachuan serves as BAIC Group's auto parts industry platform, with more than 30 parts enterprises in joint ventures and cooperation with Fortune 500 companies and the top three domestic companies. Jiangnan Molding is one of the largest automobile production bases in China. To expand the automotive exterior system business in the Beijing area in the future, the two parties joined forces to establish Beijing BAIC Molding Technology Co., Ltd. with a total investment of RMB 250 million and a land area of 120 mu. The plant is located in Caiyu Town, Daxing District, an auto parts production base in Beijing. The company's main business includes the design, production, and sales of automotive bumpers, sills, anti-scuff strips, and other automotive exterior products, mainly cooperating with OEMs such as Beijing Hyundai, Beijing Benz, BAIC Foton, BAIC Motor Corporation Ltd., and Changan Automobile Beijing Base. Chongqing BAIC Molding Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully registered in Chongqing on September 10, 2015, with a registered capital of RMB 40 million and a total investment of approximately RMB 320 million. Factory buildings: land of 79 mu, approximately 52,614 square meters, with first-phase construction of approximately 22,500 square meters.
