1. Compensation:
(1) Salary adjustment: The company adjusts salaries twice a year based on performance, city consumption level, employee performance, and industry salary standards.
(2) Compensation structure:
① Monthly salary plan I: fixed monthly salary + project commission. Positions related to engineering, design, and marketing can receive project commissions, distributed according to project workload, employee performance, and relevant project commission policies.
② Monthly salary plan II: fixed monthly salary + year-end bonus, based on company performance and individual performance.
