Shenyang Qipeng Group Co., Ltd., formerly known as Shenyang Economic and Technological Development Zone Planning and Architectural Design Co., Ltd., was established in 1992 and was originally under the jurisdiction of the Planning and Construction Bureau of Shenyang Economic and Technological Development Zone.
