1. BRP Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as BRP Holding Group) was established in 1990. On April 16, 2015, Sichuan BRP Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as BRP Development, stock code: 600466, SH), a subsidiary of BRP Holding Group, completed its restructuring and listing on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
On May 7, 2016, the Eastern Center of BRP Development was officially established in Shanghai.
