The 10th Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation

The 10th Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the 10th Institute) was established in May 1955. It is the first comprehensive electronic technology research institute established after the founding of the People's Republic of China, and is a national first-class scientific research unit. After 60 years of development, it has gradually formed a new pattern with military products, civilian products, and foreign trade as the main development directions, and has achieved great accomplishments in the overall design, system integration, and equipment development in five major fields: avionics, communication data links, aerospace electronics, intelligence reconnaissance, and identification friend or foe. The 10th Institute has developed and produced more than 6,000 sets (units) of electronic equipment, and has won more than 350 national, ministerial, and provincial scientific and technological achievement awards, including 1 National Invention Award, 10 National Science and Technology Progress Special Awards, 8 First Prizes, and 18 Second Prizes, and 9 Major Achievement Awards of the National Science Conference. It has won 1 National Quality Gold Medal and 4 Silver Medals. It was once awarded the title of "National Civilized Unit" and has won the "National May Day Labor Award" multiple times.
