青岛海信建筑设计院有限公司(原青岛市仪表建筑设计研究院)创建于1979年,具有建设部颁发的甲级建筑设计资质、丙级规划设计资质,有国家一级注册建筑师、一级注册结构师、注册规划师、注册设备工程师等各类专业技术骨干人员60余名。院下设总工办及4个专业设计所,配有规划、建筑、结构、给排水、电气、自控、采暖通风、景观等设计专业,力量雄厚,可以承担各类工业与民用建筑设计及咨询工作。
设计院建立了完善的现代企业管理制度和全面质量管理体系,通过了ISO9000质量体系认证,多年来一直是青岛市科技咨询AAA级单位。
