JCT Trust

JCT Trust Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as JCT Trust) is a professional trust financial institution approved by the China Banking Regulatory Commission. The company was founded in 1979, with its headquarters in Hangzhou, formerly known as Zhejiang International Trust and Investment Corporation (hereinafter referred to as Zhejiang International Trust), and is one of the earliest companies in China to engage in trust investment business. In April 2007, China Jianyin Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as China Jianyin) acquired all the equity of Zhejiang International Trust; in November of the same year, it was renamed "China Investment Trust Co., Ltd." In June 2013, the company was renamed "JCT Trust Co., Ltd." In May 2018, the company was wholly converted into a joint-stock company and renamed "JCT Trust Co., Ltd." with a registered capital of RMB 5 billion.
