目前岗位配备主治医生1人，医生3人，护士长1人，护士3人，护工8人，康复治疗师2人。
五星级酒店式养护院，舒适、高档、环保，每个房间配有24小时热水、液晶彩电、WiFi网络、卫生间、床头呼叫系统等设施。护理中心配有：监护室、心电除颤仪、心电监护仪、抢救车、心电图机等设备。每个楼层均设有老人活动室、阅览室、棋牌室、康复中心、多功能厅等场所。
护理区域设有专门的治疗室、处置室及可移动式卫生消毒设备。
