I. Company Profile
Guliang Micro is dedicated to the R&D, design, promotion, and application of domestically produced high-reliability, high-performance digital signal processors (DSPs). Headquartered in Changsha Kaifu Software Industrial Park (Kaile Weigu), the company independently develops a new generation of domestically produced DSPs that can replace multiple series and models of imported DSPs of the same grade, and can provide value-added services such as bare die, IP core licensing, IC design services, and system-level solutions. The founding team comes from China's national team for high-performance microprocessor development, has been engaged in domestic chip development for nearly 30 years, and masters core technologies including full-process forward design of embedded microprocessors, high-performance SoC chip design and verification, high-precision analog-digital mixed-signal circuit design and testing, and microprocessor compilation and development software.

II. Main Business
The company's products mainly include three major series: the "Lushan" series compatible DSPs, the "Hengshan" series high-performance DSPs and SoC chips, and the "Shaoshan" series fully independent DSPs and IP cores. (1) The "Lushan" series adopts advanced forward design technology, is fully compatible in software and hardware, can replace imported DSP chips of the same grade in situ, and further optimizes key indicators such as chip performance, power consumption, and security, eliminating hidden instructions, data security vulnerabilities, and design defects in imported chips. It is widely used in various advanced equipment, variable-frequency servos, digital power supplies, power energy storage, photovoltaic inverters, rail transit, new energy vehicles, and other fields. Models in mass production in this series include LS-T35, LS-Z9, LS-Z35, LS-Z27, LS-Z69, LS-Z049, LS-Z34F/35F/36F, LS-T79S/79D/79F, LS-Z025, etc., with cumulative deliveries of more than 2.8 million units and good market response. (2) The "Hengshan" series adopts a high-performance R-series DSP core, supplemented by dedicated accelerators such as radar hardware accelerators (HWA), image signal processors (ISP), and neural network processors (NPU), providing DSP, SoC, or SiP solutions for high-computing-power needs such as mobile communications, video image processing, software-defined radio, smart transportation, and security monitoring, forming a dual-driven development pattern of general chip sales and custom chip development. (3) The "Shaoshan" series adopts a custom instruction set and software ecosystem, innovates the processor core architecture, and provides supporting software and hardware development tools such as compilers and debuggers. It features high energy efficiency ratio, high scalability, and software friendliness, and can provide low-, medium-, and high-end series of domestically independent DSP chips and IP cores.

III. Development Prospects
