Wuhan Sanjiang Aerospace Yuanfang Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) was founded in 1993 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Aerospace Sanjiang Group Co., Ltd. It is the core enterprise in the development of the aerospace Sanjiang energy equipment industry, mainly engaged in the development, production and service of oil and gas drilling and logging equipment and clean energy equipment. It is a National High-tech Enterprise, a Hubei Province "Specialized, Refined, Distinctive and Innovative" Little Giant Enterprise, a Hubei Province Enterprise Technology Center, and a Hubei Province Intellectual Property Construction Demonstration Enterprise. In 2022, it was awarded the "Hubei Province May 1st Labor Award." The Company is registered in Wuhan City, Hubei Province, with a registered capital of 200 million yuan and total assets of more than 600 million yuan. The Company has a layout in three locations: Wuhan, Xiaogan and Chengdu. Its headquarters is located by the Jinyin Lake in Dongxihu District, Wuhan City, with a 4,880-square-meter scientific research and office building, mainly for scientific research and business management; Xiaogan has a 3,000-square-meter clean energy equipment assembly and testing production line; the Chengdu Branch is located in the Dongfang Honghua Industrial Park in Jinniu District, with nearly 2,000 square meters of R&D and production facilities for oil and gas testing equipment. The Company currently has 180 employees, including 86 professional and technical personnel, and more than 77% of them have a bachelor's degree or above. The Company has passed GB/T 19001, GJB 9001C, ISO 45001, GB/T 24001, GB/T 29490 and GB/T 23000 system certifications, and has obtained the 3A-level Green Enterprise Implementation Unit certificate and the five-star after-sales service certificate; it holds the Grade 3 General Contracting qualification for petrochemical engineering construction, the Grade 3 General Contracting qualification for mechanical and electrical engineering construction, the GC1 pressure pipeline design qualification and the GC2 pressure pipeline installation qualification. It has established a complete customer management system, supply chain management system and after-sales service guarantee system, and has multiple professional laboratories for electrical, process simulation, high-temperature and high-pressure environments, oil and gas equipment testing, etc., with one-stop service capabilities in energy equipment design, manufacturing, installation and service. The Company has always adhered to the advanced concepts of the aerospace system, inherited aerospace culture, carried forward the aerospace spirit, and upheld the corporate business philosophy of "creating value for customers and enabling employees to realize their value." Two self-developed products, the "Ultra-high-temperature Open-hole Well Rapid Logging Platform" and the "Downhole Fluid Layered Testing and Sampling System," were appraised through scientific and technological achievement evaluation and rated as internationally advanced and domestically first-class; the cable-powered downhole signal transmission drill pipe technology is a domestic first. A number of products such as open-hole well logging systems, downhole electronic pressure gauges and skid-mounted natural gas liquefaction units are widely used in major domestic oil and gas fields and energy enterprises and have won customer praise.
