(abbreviated as "Sinopharm International") is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sinopharm Group, committed to building a leading and internationally influential large health industry enterprise. As the core medical health industry platform of Sinopharm Group, Sinopharm International vigorously promotes the development of the medical health industry, establishing a three-tier medical system comprising national medical groups, regional hospital companies, and medical institutions. It owns over 140 medical institutions, forming a three-dimensional medical network covering 12 provinces and autonomous regions across the country, enabling nationwide referral and triage. The company actively engages in the global mainstream pharmaceutical market and participates in optimizing global pharmaceutical industry resources. Its duty-free business has achieved full coverage of sea, land, and air port duty-free channels and municipalities directly under the central government, pioneering a new pattern of "city + port + outlying islands + overseas + online" all-format linked operations. Currently, it has 29 stores covering 17 provinces and autonomous regions. It is the oldest and most comprehensive national duty-free product operator in China, and the only enterprise capable of providing domestic duty-free shopping services for Chinese citizens. In 2020, it achieved operating revenue of over 33.6 billion yuan and total imports and exports of 2.85 billion US dollars.
