安徽溢清书画院是经省民政厅正式批复的，隶属于安徽省文联的省级书画院。同时，我院还是中国书法家协会和中国文化部批准的安徽省书法考级中心定点考级单位。安徽溢清书画院创始人为张良勋先生。张良勋先生为中国书法家协会首批会员，安徽省书法家协会创始人之一，目前担任安徽省书法家协会名誉主席。安徽溢清书画院同时也承办了多次高规格的书画展，获得省，市，区各级领导的肯定。为更好的传播传统文化，我院目前开设了书法、国画等培训科目，欢迎社会各界人士来我院参观学习。
