Its office is located at No. 153 Shaoshan South Road, Yuhua District, Changsha City. According to the provisions of the Measures for the Administration of Notarial Institutions' Practice and the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Justice on Adjusting the Practice Areas of Notarial Institutions (SBT [2018] No. 30), starting from May 1, 2018, the practice areas of notarial institutions in Changsha City, including our office, have been expanded to the entire Changsha City area (six districts and three counties of Changsha City).
