Jiangxi Baohang New Materials Co., Ltd. is a new materials enterprise controlled by China Baoan Group (SZ.000009), specializing in metal powder materials, lightweight materials and parts. It was registered and established in Nanchang High-tech Zone in January 2018 with a registered capital of RMB 100 million, specializing in the production of metal powder materials, 3D printing processing services, lightweight materials and parts, advanced laser processing and other businesses.
The company integrates R&D, production, sales and service, with an annual production capacity of 500 tons of spherical metal powder materials (including metal 3D printing powder) and 100 tons of aluminum matrix composite materials.
The company has mastered key core technologies such as supersonic vacuum gas atomization powder making, aluminum matrix composite preparation and advanced laser processing. Among them, the supersonic vacuum gas atomization powder making technology (co-developed with Institute 621) has won the second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award and the Science and Technology Progress Award. The company has established multiple industry-university-research cooperations with research institutes and universities such as AECC Beijing Institute of Aeronautical Materials, AVIC Manufacturing Technology Institute, Shanghai Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Nanjing Institute of Advanced Laser Technology, Beijing University of Technology, Nanchang University, Nanchang Hangkong University, etc., jointly developing technical solutions for new materials, new technologies, new processes and applications such as metal 3D printing materials, metal 3D printing processing technology, aluminum matrix composites, advanced laser processing technology and equipment.
