Tianheng Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Tianheng") was formerly Jiangsu Certified Public Accountants Firm, established by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Finance in 1985, and restructured into Tianheng Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) in 2013.
