Chongqing Liangjiang Zhongkai Electric Power Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Group Company) was formerly known as Chongqing Liangjiang Electric Power Design Co., Ltd., established in 2008. The Group Company integrates electric power installation, electric power design, fire protection installation, decoration and finishing, industrial investment, etc., and implements group-based operation and lean management over its subsidiaries including Chongqing Liangxin Industrial Development Co., Ltd., Chongqing Xintong Fire Engineering Co., Ltd., Chongqing Xinpai Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd., and Chongqing Jianxi Investment Development Co., Ltd. The Group Company and its subsidiaries possess Grade B engineering design in the electric power industry (power transmission engineering, substation engineering) and Grade B engineering consulting in the electric power industry; Grade 3 professional contracting for power transmission and transformation engineering, Grade 3 general contracting for building engineering construction, Grade 3 general contracting for municipal public engineering construction, construction labor service without grade classification, and the electric power facility license certificates for Grade 2 installation, Grade 3 repair, and Grade 4 testing issued by the Central China Electric Power Regulatory Bureau of the National Energy Administration; Grade 1 professional contracting for fire protection facility engineering; Grade 2 professional contracting for building decoration engineering, Grade 2 professional contracting for waterproof, anti-corrosion and thermal insulation engineering, Grade 2 professional contracting for building curtain wall engineering, and other construction qualifications. All companies have passed the "three-standard integration" certification of ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System, OHSAS18001:2007 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, and ISO14001:2015 Environmental Management System.
