I. Overview of Haitong Industrial
Guangzhou Haitong Industrial Technology Co., Ltd., formerly Guangzhou Haitong Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. (referred to as Haitong Industrial, Hyetone, and Haitong Headquarters), was established in November 2004 with a registered capital of 20.3306 million yuan. It is dedicated to developing high-end industrial intelligent equipment. After more than a decade of dedicated effort, leveraging the R&D of key power components for high-end equipment as its innovation foundation, it has built itself into an advanced equipment manufacturing enterprise integrating R&D, design, manufacturing, and marketing of intelligent assistance and transfer equipment for high-end industrial use. Based on key fluid power component technology, it adopts a differentiated competitive strategy in the intelligent equipment niche market, forming a series of intelligent equipment host products with distinctive technical highlights and strong differentiation, centered on human-machine interaction technologies such as "ergonomics, contour processing, motion capture, motion recognition, haptic interaction, life monitoring, and simulation." Among these, products such as complex fixtures for body-in-white welding adjustment lines, high-strength complex-section aluminum alloy rails, highly corrosion-resistant vacuum solvent recovery systems, and wearable human exoskeletons fill multiple domestic technological gaps, providing import substitution in the corresponding high-end markets. Centering on the industry philosophy of "machines help humans produce better," the company continuously achieves technological breakthroughs and development.
In recent years, with strong support from municipal government departments in Guangzhou, especially the Baiyun District Government, Guangzhou Science and Technology Innovation Commission, and Guangzhou Industry and Information Commission, and through the joint efforts of all employees, Haitong Industrial has achieved rapid development. In 2014, it was jointly recognized as a "Guangdong High-Tech Enterprise" by the Guangdong Provincial Department of Science and Technology, Guangdong Provincial Department of Finance, Guangdong Provincial State Taxation Bureau, and Guangdong Provincial Local Taxation Bureau. In 2016, it was recognized as a "Guangzhou Enterprise R&D Institution" by the Guangzhou Science and Technology Innovation Commission. In 2017, it was re-recognized as a "Guangdong High-Tech Enterprise," and in 2018, it received special financial support from Guangzhou's "Made in China 2025" industrial development fund.

It has obtained qualifications or honors such as Guangzhou High-Tech Products, Guangzhou SME Innovation Fund, Guangzhou Municipal-Level R&D Institution, Guangdong Provincial Robot Key Enterprise, and Guangzhou Famous Trademark, basically forming Haitong Industrial's core R&D competitiveness, series product manufacturing capabilities, robust investment and financing capabilities, and sustainable development capabilities, focusing on building the "Haitong Industrial" national brand capable of competing with European and American intelligent equipment fields.
II. R&D Overview of Haitong Industrial
Haitong Industrial has developed independent intellectual property rights and holds first-class human-machine interaction core technologies. Among these, intelligent assistance equipment, green pharmaceutical machinery, exoskeleton robots, and fluid power equipment have successfully developed invention patents that are leading domestically, driving the company's strong development and expanding influence. It currently employs over 120 people, with R&D design personnel holding bachelor's degrees or above and intermediate or senior professional titles accounting for 45%. Main R&D engineers come from universities such as Tsinghua University, Sun Yat-sen University, South China University of Technology, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Jilin University, Sichuan University, Wuhan University of Technology, and the University of Sunderland in the UK. R&D expenditure accounts for over 10% of operating revenue, and the company has obtained over 100 national patents, including more than 20 invention patents. Currently, Haitong Industrial has established cooperation platforms with universities, industry associations, and enterprises, including the South China University of Technology Industry-University-Research Base, the Chongqing Research Institute Technology Research Center of China Pharmaceutical Equipment Association, and the Dongfeng Automobile Exoskeleton Technology R&D Center (R&D institution). Under the Haitong Industrial Technology Center, four self-developed product R&D divisions have been established:
Guangzhou Intelligent Equipment R&D Division, responsible for R&D and design of intelligent assistance equipment series and human-machine interaction intelligent equipment remote monitoring platforms;
Chongqing Pharmaceutical Equipment R&D Division, responsible for R&D and design of intelligent Chinese medicine manufacturing industrialization, automation, and intelligent production lines;
Changzhou Fluid Power R&D Division, responsible for R&D and design of core components and parts for fluid power intelligent equipment;
Wuhan Robot System R&D Division, responsible for R&D and design of exoskeleton technology robot control systems.
III. Product Series of Haitong Industrial
Currently, Haitong Company's intelligent assistance equipment series based on human-machine interaction technology consists of five major categories:
(1) Haitong Intelligent Assistance Equipment Series. Main self-owned brand products include intelligent manipulators, intelligent conveying rails, intelligent assistance balance hoists, intelligent positioning hoists, and intelligent assistance fixtures. Main functions: industrial intelligent assistance transfer; products serve highly concentrated customers among Fortune 500 companies, listed companies, and large state-owned enterprises. Application industries include automobile manufacturing plants, heavy machinery plants, and large shipyards. R&D and design are completed by the Guangzhou R&D Center, with national patents, some invention patents approaching European and American advanced levels. Non-standard customization, mass production, and large-volume sales.
(2) Haitong Intelligent Pharmaceutical Machinery Industrialized Automated Production Line Series. Main products include intelligent Chinese medicine manufacturing equipment that realizes automated production lines in processes such as crushing, washing, disinfection, filtration, drying, and extraction. Main functions: industrialization automated production lines for Chinese medicine; application industry: Chinese medicine manufacturing plants. R&D is led by the Chongqing R&D Center, with national invention patents. Technically at a leading level, filling the domestic gap in automated production line technology for Chinese medicine manufacturing equipment, and certified by the China Pharmaceutical Equipment Association. Standard customization, mass production, and small-volume sales.
(3) Haitong Exoskeleton Technology Robot Control Systems. Main self-owned brand products include flexible powerless exoskeletons, waist-assist exoskeletons, leg-assist exoskeletons, and full-body intelligent exoskeletons. Main functions: assistance for handling and transfer in industrial production and assembly; civilian assistance operations; applied in health industries such as medical rehabilitation and outdoor tourism and mountaineering, as well as in firefighting and auxiliary operations in manufacturing. R&D is designed and led by the Wuhan R&D Center, with national invention patents. Haitong exoskeleton technology is at a leading level, with the fourth-generation product at international advanced levels. Standard customization, mass production, and small-volume sales.
(4) Haitong Fluid Power Intelligent Equipment Key Components. Main products include intelligent cloud pumps, intelligent automatic oil filling valves, and compressor accessories. Main functions: automatic oil filling with additional digital metering functions, enabling statistics of engineering workloads. R&D and design are led by the Changzhou R&D Center. The intelligent cloud pump has obtained a national patent, surpassing European and American advanced levels. Standard customization, mass production, and large-volume sales.
(5) Haitong Internet. A remote monitoring platform for intelligent equipment based on human-machine interaction technology. Currently, three platform products have been successfully developed through experiments. Main functions: through the platform, real-time remote monitoring of intelligent equipment nationwide; early fault alarm and maintenance signals. R&D and design are led by the Guangzhou R&D Center, with national patents. Standard customization, mass production, and small-volume sales.
IV. Governance Planning of Haitong Company
Since 2016, Haitong Company's business has continuously grown rapidly. While advancing intelligent equipment projects, it has encountered common problems faced by startups, such as insufficient production capacity, talent shortages, and funding constraints. The company focuses on introducing capital, expanding production capacity, building teams, and improving efficiency.
