The Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Jiangxi Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Jiangxi Provincial Orthopedic and Traumatic Hospital) has three campuses: Donghu, Xihu, and Gaoxin, forming a development pattern of "one hospital, three campuses, multiple clinics." Founded in 1954, it has developed into the leader and center of traditional Chinese medicine medical care, teaching, scientific research, and health care in Jiangxi Province. It is the first "Grade 3A Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital" in Jiangxi Province and also the largest, most comprehensive in disciplines, strongest in technical force, and closely integrated in medical care, teaching, and research modern large-scale comprehensive traditional Chinese medicine hospital in the province. The hospital currently has more than 2,000 staff members, including 3 National Masters of Traditional Chinese Medicine, 6 National Famous Traditional Chinese Medicine Doctors, 2 National Outstanding Contribution Award in Traditional Chinese Medicine winners, 1 National Model Teacher, 2 National Outstanding Teachers, 2 National Famous Teachers in Traditional Chinese Medicine Universities, 12 Provincial Famous Traditional Chinese Medicine Masters, 85 person-times and 50 individuals as National Traditional Chinese Medicine Experts Academic Experience Inheritance Instructors (Famous Old Traditional Chinese Medicine Doctors), 82 Jiangxi Provincial Famous Traditional Chinese Medicine Doctors, and 20 experts enjoying special government allowances from the State Council. The hospital has more than 1,700 open beds and 53 clinical and medical technology departments, including 7 National Key Clinical Specialties, 2 National Traditional Chinese Medicine Regional Diagnosis and Treatment Centers, and 12 Key Specialties (Special Diseases) of the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The hospital is equipped with modern facilities, including the first gemstone spectral CT in the province, 3.0T and 1.5T nuclear magnetic resonance, DR, fully automatic biochemical analyzers, digital subtraction angiography system (DSA), and a large number of advanced diagnostic and treatment equipment. The hospital has 18 scientific research platforms at the national and provincial/ministerial levels, and has successively won 2 second prizes of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, 2 second prizes of the Ministry of Education Higher Education Scientific Research Outstanding Achievement Award (Science and Technology Progress Award), 2 first prizes, 5 second prizes, and 4 third prizes of the Jiangxi Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award. The heat-sensitive moxibustion technology invented by the hospital has successfully established the pattern of "Southern China looks to Jiangxi moxibustion."
