Changsha Lushan Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as: Lushan Holding Group), formerly known as Changsha Lushan Urban Construction Investment Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as: Lushan Urban Investment), was established in September 2001. The Group Company, following the concept of the headquarters serving as the "center for strategic decision-making, investment development, risk control, resource allocation, functional support, and financial monitoring" and subsidiaries serving as "business operations and profit centers," deeply implements asset management and capital operations, builds a "specialized, refined, and flexible" entity operation platform, continuously improves management levels, optimizes asset allocation, and promotes rapid economic development across the district.

The company's predecessor, Lushan Urban Investment, since its establishment and operation in 2001, has successively undertaken the development and construction tasks of more than 110 key projects, including Yuelu Mountain National University Science and Technology City, Houhu International Art Park, and Yuelu Mountain University Town Resettlement Community, among others, boosting the significant improvement and leap in urban construction and socio-economic development of Yuelu District.
