ZF Automotive Technology (Zhangjiagang) Co., Ltd. was established in March 2014 and is one of ZF Group's larger production bases in the Asia-Pacific region. The base has a total investment of 290 million US dollars, covers an area of 280 mu, and has successively built four plants for passive safety systems, braking systems, electronic steering systems, and chassis component systems. When fully operational, annual sales are expected to reach approximately 14 billion yuan. The base has been designated by the group as a "ZF Global Lighthouse Factory." The company's main products include: full-vehicle airbag products, full-vehicle seat belt products, steering wheel products; electronic braking products, mechanical braking products, vacuum boosters, electronic boosters, integrated braking control units; electronic steering products; chassis control arms, steering knuckles and tie rods, and plastic gears.
