Aerospace Smart Control (Beijing) Monitoring Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2010 and was established in December 2018 through the overall restructuring of the Beijing Aerospace Smart Control Monitoring Technology Research Institute. Its products have been used in numerous fault testing applications, including fault diagnosis of launch vehicle engines, slope gear fault testing of the Chang'e-1 lunar rover, and fault testing of space station robotic arms, and it has obtained many national invention patents and intellectual property rights in the fields of fault diagnosis and intelligent operation and maintenance.
In January 2019, the company jointly established the Intelligent Operation and Maintenance Industrial Internet Research Center with Shanghai Jiao Tong University, dedicated to the optimization and research of equipment fault diagnosis, intelligent operation and maintenance life prediction, and intelligent algorithms.
The company's intelligent operation and maintenance industrial internet cloud platform, centered on fault diagnosis and hidden danger prediction, includes an intelligent inspection management system, an online monitoring system for key units, a fault monitoring AI diagnosis system, a remote intelligent operation and maintenance cloud platform, and others.
At present, the company's products are widely used in data acquisition, condition monitoring, intelligent fault diagnosis, and intelligent operation and maintenance of various dynamic and static equipment such as steam turbines, motors, fans, air compressors, vertical mills, crushers, machine tools, pumps, and gearboxes, providing efficient informatization services to nearly 800 large customers in industries including aerospace, metallurgy, steel, cement, petrochemicals, coal, chemicals, railways, tobacco, machinery manufacturing, wind power, thermal power, hydropower, nuclear power, and water supply.
