Huayou

The design institute was established in 1988 and is a national first-class architectural engineering design unit approved by the Ministry of Construction. In 2001, it obtained the national first-class construction drawing design document review license. It brings together outstanding talents in national construction and development, mainly undertaking civil and architectural projects as well as large-scale engineering consulting, feasibility studies, and is the main review institution for national civil air defense engineering design. Since its establishment, benefiting from the support of all sectors of society, it has accomplished architectural planning and design for various types of buildings, including high-rise office buildings, star-rated hotels, Chinese and Western hospitals, educational institutions, high-end villas, residential communities, and industrial parks. It has repeatedly won top bids in bidding activities inside and outside Beijing and has won awards multiple times in the excellent design selections of the Ministry of Construction. With the opening of the construction field to the outside world, the institute has successfully collaborated with architectural scholars from developed countries such as the United States, Canada, Germany, and Italy, gaining extensive social reputation. In scientific management and architectural academic and thinking approaches, it is rooted in localization while advancing towards modernization and internationalization.
