II. Hazardous and Solid Waste Disposal Business Segment: Zhongchuang Environmental Protection adheres to the basic principles of "overall planning, focused layout, innovation-driven, and coordinated development," aiming for harmless, volume reduction, and resource utilization. Through various expansion methods such as self-construction and mergers and acquisitions, it vigorously develops the harmless disposal of solid (hazardous) waste and comprehensive resource recycling industries. Currently, the company's hazardous and solid waste disposal projects under construction and in operation are located in Jiangsu, Jiangxi, Henan, and other regions, with qualifications for 9 categories of hazardous waste and a disposal capacity of 250,000 tons. The company now focuses on the following solid (hazardous) waste areas: 1. Comprehensive resource recycling: extracting valuable metals from copper, zinc, lead, gold-containing solid (hazardous) waste, and solidifying and reusing epoxy resin powder. 2. Water Treatment Business Segment: Xiamen Zhongchuang Water Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhongchuang Group, independently developed the FTBR automatic integrated sewage treatment equipment. This equipment uses multiple technologies such as water channel fiber membrane, three-dimensional asymmetric gradient structure, continuous online filtration, matrix water flow distribution, and modular design, featuring stable operation, low investment, low operation and maintenance costs, high mobility, small footprint, and high intelligence. Its applications include industrial wastewater, medical wastewater, black and odorous water bodies, rural domestic sewage, vegetable washing wastewater treatment, and upgrading of sewage plants.
