Lizhong Group was established in April 2008, with a total registered capital of 250 million yuan. It is a private enterprise group whose main businesses include investment and construction of new urbanization facilities, development of large-scale cultural, commercial and tourism projects, and development of high-quality residential properties. It also covers hotel operation and management, private equity funds and equity investment, investment and construction of urban complexes, construction and operation of commercial districts, as well as landscape design and construction, decoration engineering, and property management. Its main subordinate companies include Hunan Lizhong Urban Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd., Hunan Lizhong Real Estate Co., Ltd., Lizhong (China) Investment Co., Ltd., Hunan Yingu Property Service Co., Ltd., and Hunan Lizhong Commercial Management Co., Ltd. The group actively responds to the national call for new urbanization construction. Its subsidiary Lizhong Investment Co., Ltd. hosted the New Urbanization Summit Forum at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing, with more than 3,000 participants, all of whom were supervising leaders from various cities and counties.
The Lizhong team has successfully developed well-known residential projects such as "Meilin Jingyuan" and "Meilin Yingu" in Changsha.
