深圳市龙岗区才德小学创办于2001年7月，位于龙岗区宝龙街道龙东吓井新村，是一所民办完全小学（另附属幼儿园）。学校办学条件优越，设备设施齐全。各功能室与教室都配有一体机电教设备，并安装了空调。学校着力打造“精致才德、品质才德”，秉承提高质量，提升办学内涵，办人民满意教育的宗旨。并于2017年提出“育品学兼优、德才兼备的‘五才十德’学生”的新目标。近年来，在上级主管部门的关心和指导下，在董事会大力支持下，学校管理及教育教学步入了新的台阶。
