Huatu Shanding

In 1999, Cendes Design Studio was established in Singapore. The following year, it established its first design institution in Chengdu, China. On December 23, 2015, Cendes Design was listed on the ChiNext board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, becoming the first privately-owned architectural design company to be listed on the A-share market. In 2020, the company was renamed Huatu Shanding Design Co., Ltd., and 'Shanding Design' has since become a design brand under the company, wielding extensive influence in the design industry. Shanding Design boasts a management team and academic leaders from diverse cultural backgrounds, who integrate years of domestic and international work experience into the company's management and project management systems, forming an efficient decision-making system and quality management system. After twenty years of development, Shanding Design has now further proposed the development slogan 'Pursue Excellence, Creativity First', setting the tone for the next 10 to 20 years, and striving to become a Chinese design enterprise with international influence.
