Hunan Xiangke Holding Group Co., Ltd. (also known as Hunan Provincial Industry Group Co., Ltd.) was approved and established by the Hunan Provincial People's Government in September 2018. The group's subsidiary Hunan Nanling Civil Explosives Co., Ltd. (stock code: 002096) is one of the 11 A-share listed companies in China's civil explosives industry. Hunan Provincial Industry Group Co., Ltd. is a provincial state-owned large enterprise group approved by the Provincial People's Government and the former Science, Technology, and Industry Commission for National Defense in May 2001. Its headquarters is located at No. 238 Yingbin Road, Furong District, Changsha, Hunan. It oversees 17 wholly-owned subsidiaries (mainly distributed in Changsha, Zhuzhou, Xiangtan, Yueyang, Yiyang, Loudi, Yongzhou, etc.), 1 controlling company, 2 share-participating companies, 2 provincial-level engineering technology centers, and 1 academician workstation.
