In 2012, it signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Changan New Energy to jointly develop core new energy components. In 2019, Chongqing Jinmei Automotive Electronics Co., Ltd. was established. In 2021, the company restructured and was acquired by Jiangsu Security Technology Co., Ltd., continuing to engage in automotive business. The company has built a competitive professional team in marketing, R&D, and production, and is a unit specializing in the R&D, production, and sales of automotive electronic control products. Main products cover multiple fields including new energy electronic control, powertrain control, and traditional automotive controllers. Jinmei Automotive products cover fields including new energy, powertrain, and traditional automobiles. Main new energy products include: Vehicle Control Unit (VCU), Battery Management System (BMS), Thermal Management System Controller (TMS); main powertrain products include: Gear Control Module (GCM), Transmission Control Unit (TCU), Transfer Case Motor Controller (TMM); main traditional automotive products include: Gas Engine Electronic Control Unit (ECU), Integrated Electric Seat Module Controller (DSM). It has provided nearly 400,000 electronic control products to Changan New Energy Automobile, Dongfeng Motor, Dongfeng Xiaokang, Jinkang Automobile, Qingling Motors, Qingshan Industrial, and other enterprises.＜br＞
